Billing and invoicing policy

At A & F DESTINY E.I.R.L., we want the planning of your trip or stay to be a simple, safe, and transparent process. Below, we detail the available payment methods and how our billing system works.

Customized Quotes

We understand that every traveler and every trip is unique. Therefore, before proceeding with any charge, our team will send you a detailed quote through our notification platform.

This process allows us to agree on a fair and exact amount for the services you really need.

  • Once you review and approve the quote in the system, channels will be enabled to process your payment quickly and securely directly from the platform.

  • Quotes have a validity period specified in the same document; after that period, rates may be subject to updates.

Online Payments (Payment Gateways)

For your convenience, we integrate direct payment links in your approved quote. We work with globally recognized gateways to ensure the security of your transactions:

  • Mercado Pago (Exclusive in Local Currency): This option is enabled only for transactions in Peruvian Soles (PEN). It allows you to pay securely using credit cards, debit cards, or account money within its ecosystem.

  • PayPal (Exclusive in Dollars): If you prefer to operate in foreign currency or are an international client, we offer you the option to make payments through PayPal, which are processed exclusively in US Dollars (USD).

Note: The use of online payment platforms may be subject to a transaction fee specific to the system, which will be communicated and broken down transparently in your quote before making the payment.

Payments via Bank Transfer

You also have the option to make the payment via a bank transfer or direct deposit to the corporate accounts of A & F DESTINY E.I.R.L.

  • Authorized Accounts: The bank account numbers and interbank account codes (CCI) will be provided to you by our agents once you confirm your quote.

  • Payment Confirmation: It is essential that you send the proof or voucher of the transaction (either a clear screenshot or the bank's PDF document) to your assigned agent or to our official email.

  • Accreditation: Your reservation or payment will be considered "Confirmed" at the moment the transferred amount is effectively reflected in our accounts. Please note that transfers from other banks may take up to 24 business hours to process.

Exchange Rate

In the event that you choose to pay by bank transfer and wish to settle in a currency different from that specified in your quote (for example, a quote in dollars paid in soles), the company's internal exchange rate on the day of the transaction will apply. Our team will inform you of this exact amount in advance.
