Between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., we will pick you up at your hotel, aboard our tourist transport vehicle, and travel as a group to the Inca Architectural Complex of Pisac, located one and a half hours from the city of Cusco, at 2,850 meters above sea level.
Its impressive stepped terraces were multifunctional, serving for agriculture, as gardens and agricultural laboratories, and as retaining structures on mountain slopes. Then we will head to Urubamba to enjoy a buffet lunch.
Continuing the tour to the Archaeological Complex of Ollantaytambo, with its megalithic constructions where administrative, military and religious functions were carried out. Then, 30 minutes from Ollantaytambo, we will visit the Colonial Church and Inca Architectural Complex of Chinchero.
Finally, we can witness a demonstration of the alpaca wool dyeing process for hand-weaving traditional textiles, with designs and symbols representing various aspects of daily life and Andean cosmology, with fine finishes, before returning to the city of Cusco.
