Cancellation and Refund Policy

At A&F Destiny, we understand that plans can change. Our policy aims to provide clarity and balance between flexibility for our travelers and the commitment required for organizing personalized experiences.

Cancellations by the customer

  • More than 45 days before the start of the tour: full refund minus 5% for administrative fees (bank and platform commissions).
  • Between 45 and 25 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Less than 25 days: No refunds will be issued.

Important: All refund requests should be sent to wayrakunaexpeditions@gmil.com explaining the reason for the return.

Cancellations by A&F Destiny

In the exceptional case that A&F Destiny must cancel the tour due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political instability), the customer will be offered the option to reschedule the experience or receive a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the reservation.
  • Once the refund is processed by A&F Destiny, the time it takes to reflect in the account will depend on the bank or card issuer. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this process.

Modifications to the reservation

If you need to change the date of your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, subject to availability.
